Charity Store & Volunteer Manager

Hours: Part-time (20 hrs/week, Permanent)

Salary: £27,374 per year FTE

Summary: Lead our thriving Westcliff shop and join our wider leadership team. You’ll manage retail operations, support an amazing team of 50 volunteers, and help create a community where people find belonging and grow in life and faith.

Note: There is an Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 for the post-holder to be a practising Christian.
Creative Communications & Project Worker (OR) Apprentice

Location: Westcliff-on-Sea & Southchurch

Hours: 15 hrs/week (Experienced Route) OR 25 hrs/week (Apprentice Route)

Salary: £15,642 – £26,396 per year FTE

Summary: Help tell the story of Shared Space and Church from Scratch! Create engaging social media content, share volunteer stories, promote community projects, and support shop operations. The apprenticeship route is fully funded (Level 3 Content Creator) with no prior marketing experience needed.
