Estonian Missionaries join Love Southend Worship & Prayer Morning

by
Ruth Verrinder

On Tuesday 8 September, we gathered at Southend Vineyard’s The Bridge for a special time of worship and prayer with Love Southend.

We were especially blessed to be joined by a group of Estonian missionaries who are spending a week in Southend as part of a mission visit to the city. Four of the team led us in a powerful time of worship, helping us to focus our hearts and minds on God before we divided into two groups to pray.

It was a wonderful opportunity to come together as Christians from across Southend, worshipping God and praying for His purposes to be worked out throughout our city.

John Simmons gave us a simple but powerful strapline for the gathering: “With God all things are possible.”

We now look forward with expectation to Southend ’26, taking place on Saturday 12 September in Victoria Plaza on Southend High Street. As churches and Christians from across the city come together for this special day of mission, we pray that God will be at work through every conversation, activity and encounter.

With God, all things are possible.
