Volunteering: Make a difference in your community – Volunteer Debt Coaches wanted

Southend CAP Debt Advice Centre (SCDAC) is looking for two new Volunteer Debt Coaches to join the team and help people facing financial difficulties in Southend and Rayleigh.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. Volunteer Debt Coaches meet with clients, gather important financial information and help present CAP debt plans, offering practical support alongside compassion, Christian hope and pastoral care.

You don’t need previous debt advice experience. Full training and support are provided, and the role requires a minimum commitment of one day a week.

If you have a heart for helping people, enjoy listening and encouraging others, and would like to use your time and skills to bring hope to those facing challenging circumstances, this could be a great opportunity for you.
