The Southend CAP Debt Advice Centre is currently seeking a Part-Time Debt Centre Manager to lead our vital debt counselling service in partnership with Christians Against Poverty (CAP) UK.

Debt can be a crushing burden, but through the work of CAP, many individuals and families have found a pathway to freedom, hope, and restoration. As the Debt Centre Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing this life-changing support to people across Southend and the surrounding area.

This role is more than just administration or numbers—it’s about walking alongside people in their most difficult moments, offering practical support, kindness, and a vision for a brighter future.

Role Details

Position: Debt Centre Manager (Part-Time)

Hours: 20 hours per week

Pay: £15.00 – £16.50 per hour, depending on experience
(Annual equivalent: £15,642 – £17,206)

Location: Based in Southend with travel in surrounding areas

Transport: Own vehicle required

Deadline to apply: Friday 18th April 2025
