St John’s Southend are very excited to be recruiting for two key roles on our staff team. Might this be the next step in your calling to worship and serve the Lord Jesus?

Children and Families Leader

Especially for early years to KS2 (0-11 years). Full time, but part time applicants also considered (minimum 50% or 20 hours). 1.5 Year fixed term contract with a view to a permanent contract in Sep 2025. £25-30k pro rata dependent on experience.

Worship Leader

A wide ranging ministry role with a focus on musical worship. Full time, but part time applicants also considered (minimum 60% or 3 days). 1.5 year fixed term contract with a view to a permanent contract in Sep 2025. £25-30k pro rata dependent on experience.
