The evening features acoustic worship and a time for testimonies; stories of people’s encounters with God, and how he turned their lives around.
It takes place on the first Sunday of every month at the Kursaal Function suite above the bowling alley at the end of Southend’s famous Golden Mile.
Simon Matthews, one of the organisers said, “On the opening night we had a number of churches represented in the audience, which was great, we encourage churches from across the borough to come along and invite their friends”.
The evening runs from 7pm – 10pm. The bar is open from 7pm.
