Love Southend: Dates and Times for the Worship and City-Focused Prayer Meetings in 2026

It has been suggested that, in addition to the traditional Love Southend Worship and Prayer for the City mornings on Tuesday and Thursdays, we use Wednesdays, and also afternoons and evenings for our times of Worship and City-Focused Prayer in 2026.

So, although we haven’t yet arranged the venues, we thought that you’d like to know the dates and times of the meetings for the whole of 2026.

Individual meetings will be advertised as separate events in due course.

We look forward to you joining us as we pray for our City in 2026!

2026 dates

• January 6 (Tuesday): 09:30 – 11:00
• February: Cancelled in favour of Prayer for the City at St. John’s (19:00 on Thursday 26 February)
• March 5 (Thursday): 19:30 – 21:00. A winter evening, so will be on ZOOM.
• April 15 (Wednesday): 14:30 – 16:00
• May: Cancelled in favour of Prayer for the City at St. John’s (19:00 on Thursday 21)
• June 16 (Tuesday): 14:30 – 16:00
• July 9 (Thursday): 09:30 – 11:00
• August: No meeting
• September 9 (Wednesday): 09:30 – 11:00
  NB. This will be just before Southend ’26 (on Saturday 12), so will be mainly focused on that event.
• October 6 (Tuesday): 19:30 – 21:00
• November 5 (Thursday): 14:30 – 16:00
• December 9 (Wednesday): 19:30 – 21:00. A winter evening, so will be on ZOOM.
