With Mental Health being so much in the fore and problems starting at such an early age, a group of us did the Mental Health First Aid Course earlier in the year and found it invaluable. Lesley, the course leader, was an excellent speaker and, although it’s a complicated subject, dealt with it in a manner we could all understand.
This next course obviously covers the same subjects as the previous one but is also aimed at younger people as well. Anyone over the age of 19.
This course is open to all so if you or anyone you know might be interested, please let me know.
