Southend Street Pastors are holding training courses through out 2023 and we always strive to give the very best in quality training for over 20 years. Our Training can help you to remain compliant in your work role and effective with your client base. You can unlock your potential with learning that you control on line at your own pace or in a select group at a time and place to suit your needs. Southend Street Pastors continue to be bless with our partnerships with our local churches, Police, Samaritans, and many more voluntary organisations here in Southend. We use accredited trainers who aren’t just industry experts, but equipped with many years of frontline experience in their fields.
We have Two Training Courses which are scheduled our following two courses are below.
Saturday 22nd April 2023 – Prayer Training this course is being organised by our Prayer Coordinator, course instructor is the Rev Mike Walker the vicar of St Johns Church we would like to invite all faith groups to come and join this course. This course is open to everyone with or with out a faith It give’s you the opportunity to explore prayer and how we pray. It also explains how prayers work in our wonderful City, and our community’s in the 20th century. Saturday 3rd June 2023 – Drugs and Alcohol abuse. this course is being given by Believers in Recovery. The course looks at how drugs and alcohol can affect the addict, families and our community. This course is being held at St Johns Church arrival from 13:30 Till 17:00. This training is open to everyone within our community’s and Church’s and church leadership groups as well as all voluntary organisations.
