 can come and relax and chat or enjoy the peace in our quiet area.\n\nThere
  is the opportunity to buy refreshments from The Phabulous Cafe next door.
 \n\nWe pray for a short time at 3.45 pm which is optional.\n\nThe aim is t
 o have time to relax and promote good mental and emotional health.\n\nPlea
