Description
‘Renew Wellbeing’ is a weekly open space for the community to take part in a variety of hobbies and activities.
These are run by the community for the community. Anyone is welcome to share a hobby or skill, and is welcome to join the activities.
Renew Wellbeing is free and you can come and relax and chat or enjoy the peace in our quiet area.
There is the opportunity to buy refreshments from The Phabulous Cafe next door.
We pray for a short time at 3.45 pm which is optional.
The aim is to have time to relax and promote good mental and emotional health.
Please feel free to just turn up.
