We were all hoping this Christmas would be a lot better than last year, but we’re all still reeling from the past 18 months. And the pandemic is still with us.
Maybe you have found yourself trying to make sense of it all. Perhaps you’ve been wondering if there is a God and, if so, why God has been letting all this bad stuff happen? Life & Soul has been developed to help people explore spiritual things, whether or not they see themselves as religious.
We’re excited to announce that Life & Soul returns and will be livestreaming on Wednesday nights, 8:30pm from Jan 19, 2022 on Leigh Road Baptist Church’s (LRBC) YouTube and Facebook, as well as offering discussion sessions both by Zoom and in person at The Living Room, 191 Leigh Road, SS9 1JE.
Together we’ll continue explore questions such as…
- If God made the world, why is it so messed up?
- Why are people so horrible to one another?
- Does God care when things go wrong?
- Where can I find hope?
- How can I get connected with God and with other people?
- How can I know myself better?

The episodes are fun and interactive and all views are welcome, but alas you’ll need to supply your own barista style coffee and chocolate – sorry!
