After the original “Tin Tabernacle” had been moved to the rear of the site (it was demolished in 1984), we think the building of the Main Hall started in about 1920. We do know that it was opened with a special service at the end of May 1924.
We will therefore be celebrating the Centenary of that event on Saturday May 25 2024.
The church will be open from 10:00 until 14:00.
There will be a small exhibition of the way God has blessed us over the last 100 years, and stalls from some of the regular users of the church.
Light refreshments will be available and entry is FREE!
